Back-end Developer with PHP/Laravel

Our flagship project is geared up to become the ultimate online gaming community, and we need a Back-End Developer extraordinaire to hop on board. In your new role you will:

Develop and maintain robust, scalable web applications using PHP and Laravel framework.
Design and implement efficient and secure APIs.
Integrate third-party services and manage data exchange between server and users.
Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
Collaborate with front-end developers, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
Ensure data protection and security compliance.

It would be amazing if you have:

At least 3 years professional experience in back-end development.
Strong proficiency in PHP and Laravel framework.
Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL databases.
Good understanding of API design principles.
Familiarity with testing frameworks and methodologies.
Knowledge of version control systems (Git).
Good command of English.
Passion for great data and clean code.

Optional knowledge, which would set you apart:

Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and caching strategies.
Experience with various types of testing including unit, integration, performance, and end-to-end testing.
Familiarity with server management and deployment tools.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
Knowledge of front-end technologies like React and Inertia.js.
